Payment Options
All orders require prepayment. Online orders require credit card payment. Phone-in orders require credit card payment or check. Orders paid by check will not be processed until Digitek Sportswear receives the check.
Order Production Time and Delivery
Production time is two to three weeks.
All orders will be delivered to Landmark. Landmark staff and team coaches will be responsible for distributing orders.
All orders shall be deemed complete and accepted in total by customer when Landmark staff receives delivery from Digitek Sportswear.
Returns and Cancelled Orders
No returns or exchanges of decorated apparel are permitted unless there is a defect with the product or decoration. Returns are not permitted due to customer error in size and/or style preference.
Orders cannot be cancelled once imprinting and/or embroidering begins. Cancelled orders prior to decoration are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.

Orders are binding upon Digitek Sportswear only after acceptance by Digitek Sportswear.
Digitek Sportswear cannot be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from ship date variances, natural disasters, equipment or utility failures, or for any other reason.
